It was on NineEleven in Marseille 2016 when the visitors of the festival Travellings rejected the proposals of the artists to fold lifesize paper planes to attack giant origami towers. They decided to fold heaven and hell, ships, cars and as swimming pool as symbols of a peaceful urban socity. The people brought own origami instructions and their imagination into giant shape ignoring permanent advices by the artists to accept the artist’s original intention. Only at the end of the festival a group of experts of origami followed the artist’s instructions merciful.

Es war am NineEleven in Marseille 2016 als die Festivalbesucher des Festivals Travellings die Anweisungen des Künstlers, lebensgroße Papierflieger in riesige Origamitürme fliegen zu lassen, ignorierten. Das Publikum entschied sich stattdessen, lieber Himmel und Hölle, Schiffe, Autos und ein Swimming Pool als Symbole des friedlichen urbanen Zusammenlebens zu falten. Sie brachten eigene Vorstellungen und Origami-Faltanleitungen in lebensgroße Modelle, die permanenten Handlungsanweisungen des Künstlers missachtend. Nur eine Gruppe von Origamiverständigen Besuchern faltete am Ende des Festivals einen lebensgroßen Papierpanzer.
